Terms and Conditions
To purchase in Nordic fields online shop, you agree to these terms of sale in
connection with the order. Keep in mind that we can not guarantee that the pictures
accurately reflects a product's actual color and appearance.
You can choose between different terms of payments and we are using secure methods of payments.
Conditions of Use
The following terms of sale apply if no other written agreement entered into between
you as buyer and Nordic fields.
Who can shop at online store?
All that is authoritative, at least 18 years and with an address in Sweden and the other countries we deliver to.

Ordering
To order an item, select. color and if mentioned choice of a chain, or size, and click the button
"Add". Shopping Cart gets filled whenever you add products. You can change anytime in your
cart by clicking the button and change the order.
When you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click the "Checkout".
You can choose by being a "guest" and directly go to "Checkout" or to register as Customer.
When doing that you only need to log in next time you purchase something.
Payment
Online Payment can be made with bank and credit cards issued by Visa and
MasterCard, under contract with Dibbs / Textalk card redemptions. Sensitive
information such as credit card number and signature codes, are handled with
maximum security through SSL-encrypted communications.

After completing a request will be sent an order confirmation to the originator.
The customer is responsible for that contact details are correct.
You can choose between paying in SEK, USD, GBP or Euro.
Invoice – This is only applicable in Sweden
Companies in Sweden, can, when agreed, pay by invoice, payment terms 15 days.
Shipping
No costs for normal postage to private individuals in Sweden.
Shipping will be added when companies and organizations purchase by invoice.
Shipping costs for deliveries outside Sweden will be added.
All prices are including VAT. 25% for everything but books, who has 6% VAT.
For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the salesprice when checking out.
In case of any customs fee this is being paid and handled by the customer.
Nordic fields reserves the right to
change prices in the price list. Goods already ordered are delivered to the prices
prevailing on the order date.
In Sweden the goods are sent as letters or packages by mail, in some cases, as
registered.
Outside Sweden the goods are sent as registered mail.

Lead time
Our items in stock are normally sent within two working days. If an item is out of stock
delivery time is normally 2-4 weeks. You will receive information on delivery by mail.
For delivery delays beyond the Nordic fields control the buyer is not replaced.
Packages not picked up: (fee: 300 SEK) NOT APPLICABLE OUTSIDE SWEDEN
As a customer you are responsible for entering the correct address to you. If Nordic
Fields gets back a package that is not picked up at the post and the returned to us, we
must unfortunately charge a fee of 300 crowns, regardless of purchase amount, to
cover shipping, return shipping, and our administrative costs.
Nordic fields returns
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee (excluding specially ordered items and earrings). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items they are not in their original condition, and labels have been detached.
Any charge for shipping and cash on delivery is non-refundable.
Returns Timescales
Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. This date is by which any returns must be received back to us, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
If you have requested a refund, we will refund your credit card within 4 working days but please note that once we have refunded your card, it is then out of our control when your bank refunds the money onto the credit card. Any refunds due are credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.
If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, we will Skype you or mail you on details of payment information for the difference.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery (Sweden only). If you would like to exchange an item that needs to be posted internationally, we will refund your credit card so you can then order the replacement items from our website.
How to return items
If you wish to return an item to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please email and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement (Sweden only) is required.
Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely and please write your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to Nordic fields.
Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to Nordic fields within 30 days. Please email us at shop(@)nordicfields.se immediately upon receipt of the product and give your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of item or you may wish to choose a different item.
Please follow the procedure for returns and send the item(s) to us together with a note, explaining the fault and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and offer you the choice of either a replacement or a refund. In some cases we will return the item to the jewelrer for repair so please allow time for us to deal with your order.
Transportation Injury
If you received notice that any product is damaged during delivery please contact
your post office If the damage is due to its handling, it is their obligation to
compensate you. Nordic fields guarantees that the product is faultless in the
submission to the Post. If the item is not undertakes injury liability, please contact our
customer service via e-mail, shop@nordicfields.se
Complaints
If the product shows errors, you should make a complaint to us within 14 days from
your receipt of shipment. Do you want to complain about a product, please contact us
via the shop @ nordic fields, before sending the goods back, so that we can approve
the complaint. If you enclose a receipt for return shipping so we will reimburse you
for that too at an approved claim. We will send you a new product. In case of any
dispute arising we Consumer Complaints Board recommendations.
If the letter / package is damaged upon delivery, you should immediately make a
complaint to your delivery point, and let us know.

Please note that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may differ slightly from the colours of the actual jewellery as computers and cameras do not always portray the correct colour.
The measurements of products displayed on the site are for a guide only and as errors can occur, we do not accept any liability if the information stated is incorrect although we do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of any information given.

When you place an order with us, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions contained within all our help pages. Please read these pages as clicking on the confirmation on the checkout pages states that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will effective from when they are displayed on our website.
We do not take responsibility for any errors on our website, including the pricing of the jewellery as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.
